Keeping things on track
When a financial plan has been drawn up and implemented, that is not usually the end of the story. Circumstances change, economic conditions do not turn out as expected, financial goals can alter; for all sorts of reasons it is important that a financial plan is reviewed at regular intervals to make sure that it stays on track. Similarly, if we are managing an investment portfolio, there will be the need to report on progress, review and adjust.
Hazlewood Investment Services offers their clients a number of ongoing service options.

For a pro-active review service we typically provide regular portfolio reports, updated financial plans, policy valuations and newsletters. We seek to meet with these clients at various frequencies ranging from six-monthly to once every four years, depending on their situation. These services are designed to help clients keep things on track and to make adjustments as circumstances change.
The services can be paid for either by using commissions from policies, by an occasional fee or by monthly standing order.
On the other hand some clients prefer a “don’t call us, we’ll call you” type relationship. We write to these clients annually basically to remind them to keep their finances on track. These clients access and pay for our services as and when they need to.
